The choice and selection of the delivery method (relay point or at home) is made at the time of validation of the order. Once payment is accepted, the relay point selection map opens to allow the customer to choose the location for dropping off the order.
Delivery of pre-order items
By placing a Pre-Order, the Customer acknowledges having read the specific preparation times for these pre-orders specified on the product sheet and on the page
Items from the Eclosion collection are available for pre-order. This status is indicated on the product sheet by the term “Pre-order”, as well as the shipping time specific to this type of product.
As soon as the Customer places an order for one or more pre-order items, shipping costs are calculated from the total amount of the order and it will be shipped in full on the scheduled shipping date for the pre-order items. .
